Merchant Owns 2 LLC's
I have a client who desperately needs 15k, he doesn't care how much he has to payback as long as he gets the money. The problem is he owns 2 companies and one single one wouldn't qualify him for that amount. Are there any lenders that can look at both of his LLC's and fund based on the combined bank statements?

And why can't he get an offer made to each, and combine the offers?

Yes, there are. You have to have two applications and they would have to look at both of the businesses performances.
If one business didn't qualify, they are not going to be able to cross collateralize because it is not the same legal name. BUT if the other business qualifies and gets funded- he can use that money for the other business. The funds will HAVE to come out of the business bank that belongs to the LLC that was funded. PM to talk about the deal spex and I'll guide you to who can helpAmanda Kingsley
