Which funder? You? Standard terms are 2-18 months as set by almost all of the lenders. So, What is the % of deals you fund? Do you broker deals you do not fund?

8) 1 Point of Contact for Multiple Quotes Great- Do you have multiple "In-House" brokers? Do they all work with the SAME underwriters? Meaning they are in the same office?
