9th position? Wow - so thats what? 90% of the gross deposits are to pay off their cash advances? Why not go up to 10?

Gentlemen Good Morning To All,

It has come to my attention that clarity is needed to my post, when i said yesterday that us here at Yellowstone will do up to a 9th position deal, the message i was trying to disseminate is that we truly do not have a "box" and look at every deal separately and on its own merits.

However we will never fund a merchant in a situation where it would be hurtful to them or put them in a position that would be counter productive to their business.

Would be happy to discuss thoughts.

I'm dumping all clients with more than three....I'm seeing four and five regularly, but eight and nine and more? I'd LOVE to see the clients there, the underwriting model, and the ultimate contracts....its interesting that others are finding money where I'm not, but the honest truth is that anyone I'm seeing with over four, or even WITH four, always has some other issue: credit, NSF's, NAMA....always something with those guys.
