2nd Position
I have a trucking company that has had a 100K loan out and is 50% paid back and is looking for another 125K to buy a few trucks. They have over 100K in deposits each month and no overdrafts. Were would be a good place to send this deal looking for lenders not brokers.

If they are willing to use any free and clear trucks they own as collateral, we can lend in second position.

Why not put them into a lease for 5 year?
