Lease equipment loan

who does equipment lease when owner has the equipment already? there is no lien on it, it a bakery and the equipment is valued at 4 million (liquidation) looking for a 5 year term.

Can these types of programs work with ATM Machines. (atm machine business, he owns 30 outright) needs 35k does not want an MCA type loan. Mid-score is 667

He should qualify for a SBA Express loan that closes in 30 days or so.
