100k 12 month 1.30 makes about 70% APR let's say, then you have cost of capital let's say it's 10% so you're at 60% left, then bad debt lets say 10% and now you're at 50%, then G&A 5%, then Sales guy 40%, you leave yourself with only 5% Johnny Cash? What happens on a 12 month 1.22 are you then leaving yourself negative on the deal?
