Payment Processing Settlement deal
There's an opportunity to make some money from this Visa/MC Settlement that's closing on August 30. Yes, merchants can go apply for themselves, however they might not do it and they might not even know about it.
It's as simple as "click this link to claim your portion in the settlement."
The program signs up the merchants with an attorney who files on their behalf and they take a portion of the settlement.
You make 12% of the total amount the merchant receives.
It will likely take a few months for the money to come in, but you don't have to do any work other than make an email campaign.
DM me or email me and I'll help you sign up. When I sign you up, there's no reduction in your profit-share with the attorney.
This opportunity closes August 30, so there's only a month left. And you're literally leaving money on the table.

These are two different lawsuits
The District Court granted final approval to this settlement back in 2019 according to https://www.paymentcardsettlement.com/ and they didn't update anything about it on the website. I'd say that these are two cases.
Merchants are NOT filing BTW. It would be a shame that they don't file and get something out of the deal.

A federal judge in Brooklyn formally rejected a $30 billion settlement between Visa Inc., Mastercard Inc. and retailers to cap credit-card swipe fees after telegraphing earlier this month that such a setback in the two-decade long litigation could be expected.
