I know these guys started as, and may still be brokers, but I wanted to ask if they actually fund now and pay? I hear they pay 15%? Anyone have solid experience w/ them?

They are a broker. Poor one at that. I know a few people that just left there recently and they said its a broker and rarely funded anything or use their own money. The people that left said they never saw them fund the deals on balance sheet, get all these leads and the way they manage them is very poor which was shown in their poor conversations. Very nice office though.

Prior to becoming an iso rep, I was an underwriter for many years here. Uplyft was a broker who submitted to us, but stated they also funded their own deals selectively in house. We gave some great offers and they rarely even asked for contracts (that went nowhere). At times it felt like they may have just been using our underwriting to fund their own deals. Also very poor communication.

They Fund. AT least they used to.
Not sure if their money well dried up, but they funded for a while.

Haven't seen them in Bank Statements in quite a bit
