Two days ago on July 17th 2024, Centrex Software experienced a database server hardware failure. Once discovered it was a hardware issue, all traffic was rerouted to other database servers and the Centrex platform was back to its normal operating state. The server in question is being investigated by our hosting provider.

The Centrex Software server incident on July 17th 2024, is not related to what is currently happening around the world with CroudStrike.
