Ariel you guys helped with a similar deal for me like this , I was not aware that all UW is done after contracts are signed so a bunch of issues came up then , amount cut by half from $50k to $25k for a merchant that deposited 1M x month and some other issues like merchant had child support and stuff from 10 yrs ago. Nothing wrong with passing on the file but this should prob be done before contracts . Merchant took an AMEX deal for $100k with a great rate
