He needs a CA licensed mortgage broker who can do a loan on a primary residence.
There's not a lot of commission on these types of loans - maybe $500. The broker can't pay a referral or commission on it if you aren't licensed.Last edited by Olderguy; Yesterday at 11:55 PM.
