Attempting to take advantage of some sign up bonuses but I would rather use the card in a way that processes as a debit or ACH payment. PayPal Key used to be good for this but is no longer around. What's the best thing to use these days?

It would be a debit payment - I don't know of any processor that would approve a merchant account for debiting
