Funded a file With Everest twice over the course of 6 months for 25k both times
Both were new deals and not a renewal.
Ana M. Del Rio from Everest "Refinance Dept" Reached out to the merchant Asking if they were looking for more funds and did another 25k deal directly with the merchant.
Merchant has his statements sent to me every month and I noticed that EBF funded .
Just got off the phone with Everest iso support asking for my comm on this file and they said that any deal that is funded with EBF directly is their file and since they took the risk funding the file they are not going to be paying comm here.
Safe to say I will not be working with EBF anymore

if anyone would like to see screenshots of EBF reaching out and funding the file please PM me

Funding Circle used to do the same. After I funded a loan with them, their direct sales people would call my client monthly looking for a renewal.

Did EBF Fund again after the merchant was PIF on your deal or it was when there was still a balance?

I've never used them. I've always gotten better deals @ fundworks efin tvt etc

I've probably lost hundreds of small Vader deals possibly to them, who knows

If it was still with balance thats a huge ass red flag.

If it was PIF after two weeks. They probably reached out through their broker shop Alpine

I do believe this, I've seen similar actions from EBF sales team.

If you're looking for funders who are in that same box with no shady behavior.

    Shocking....

If the original balance was paid in full it's technically not a renewal. Everest doesn't retain exclusivity for the original ISO once paid in full, any other ISO could have funded it too, so them doing it in house is the same as another ISO doing it.

Doesn't feel right, but technically well within their rights and agreement with you...

So they gave her two positions, or did they pay one off fully before taking the second one?

EBF is one of the worst funders. My experience is everything gets killed in final.

They were okay years back, but like many others out there turned clown post covid. Much better options, however Vader is nice to have.

    Alpine? Like Alpine -- www.AlpineAdvancellc.com?

I funded some deals with them. Alpine that is.

But yes I got my deal back doored by EBF as well. But honestly everyone is backdooring. Just gotta have merchant on lock and get it done as soon as offer comes in.

If you are looking for a funder that will pay you on your renewals no matter if they paid off or not then feel free to reach out to me. I have files with my iso's that they never spoke to again and the merchant reaches out to me nd i pay them every time. I know the value of renewals and relationship of the merchant and the iso and funder is to keep. We have some different types of programs tha can help you possibly fund several more deals a month that you might be loosing to other companies. Feel free to reach out to me to find out more.

"Funded a file With Everest twice over the course of 6 months for 25k both times

These are conflicting statements. You said you funded one file twice, then said "both" were new deals, meaning there were two files. So did one pay in full, and was that the one Everest reached out to?

    Funded the same deal twice.
First time PIF then funded again once it was PIF
Then Everest funded again the 3rd time saying that they were renewal specialists.

I probably deal with the most sophisticated largest brokerage houses across America. I can tell you as a matter of fact --- they are ALL working with EBF. there is a reason they receive more subs than any other funder in the country. (in my opnion).

yup but what does one have to do with another? they give stupid approvals some times so you deal with the fact that they backdoor also

So what was the balance on the second funding?
