Can anyone assist with funding a previous default - good 2024 banks
Have a file for a client that previously consolidated an MCA. Banks are solid for 2024 with good deposits. They are looking for smaller MCA/funding. Let me know if you can help on this one.

The default was consolidated into a debt plan. The company builds metal structures / general contractors.

Being current with a third party "debt plan" and being current with the funders he defaulted on are two different things.

I will pass on this one at this time. Once everything is complete we can revisit. Do you have any other files with offers? I am looking to fund competing offers.

I think LCF may do this, I know they will fund behind RAM.

Problem is there are 2 other funders with 60 day deals already in there along with RAM.
Threw this one away a couple days ago...
