I'm looking for a company that would be willing to use a residential property as collateral for a business loan.

I'm currently onboard with TVT and WBL.

I want to add a couple others that can bridge some of the gaps between these companies. WBL's rates are too high right now and TVT has good rates but not the best approvals and they strongly prefer to use commercial properties.

Check Maxim, they'll do junior positions and cash out. They aren't super cheap compared to a bank but aren't crazy expensive, and potentially will come in second or third, and work a broad spectrum of credit profiles - equity being available.

Is it owner occupied or not....if not, I can do NoDoc and not need income and operating expenses. That's only for DSCR.

I can beat those MCA guys all day long. Figure close to 1% a month interest only payment fixed for 10 years.

It is owner occupied but im looking for a lender, not looking to co-broker or superbroker this file.

Basically looking for a company similar to WBL with better rates
