    Are there any lead sources that provide a signed app and most recent bank statements

    Please explain the difference in paying a 1099 independent contractor a commission for bringing in a deal or paying a lead provider for a full submission that they generate for you?
    Not every full pack is a backdoor submission.

    Is that lead provider authorized to sell you that merchants SSN and banks?
