I once lost to forward finance on 1sts with deals like this that have a lot of units, so theyre a good bet.

Some day, there will be a real loan officer who will enter this forum asking questions....but also know the use funds and how quickly the funds will be needed.

The loan officer, after reviewing the clients financials can then determine an opportunity that makes the most financial sense for the long range benefit of the company. That helps the company grow profitability.

Not there yet, but it will be coming.

Maybe a cash out refi of their property - get low rate cash.
