Isn't Bitty difficult to deal with as well? Don't they take awhile to respond to emails/phone calls and take 24 hours to fund? I also heard they kill a lot of deals in the back end... just out of curiosity whats the difference between Bitty and the "terrible high risk" dudes?

Reason Bitty kills a lot on the back end is cuz they have an automated program to spit out a basic approval on the front end.
From what I remember once you do decision logic they get an actual human to finalize underwriting and it can get killed.
And the reason I distinguish Bitty from the terrible high risk dudes is that they pay commission and from the deals I've done with them I haven't seen double debits or anything totally outrageous.
Usually relatively good on term & dollar amount as well, not bad to use to build up a file and collect some ZBL's.
Definitely don't fully trust them but I would use them.

ahhh gotcha. I thought you were talking about high risk funders who kill on back end or take awhile to fund/underwrite. I didn't know you were talking about the ones who steal commission or do shady things, those are funders people should obviously avoid. I always wondered why people flip out on smaller funders for taking longer than 15 minutes to get a contract out or for killing a deal after finding a default when "you should have searched the courts in the first place!!!!!" as if the brokers time was wasted not the funder who wasted all of that time just because the ISO hid a default and tried to sneakily push it on someone hoping they wouldn't notice whereas you have funders like Bitty who can take 4 hours to get contracts out, 24 hours to send a wire, 5 hours to give an update on contracts in, and everyone seems to be A okay with that.... Marketing is one hell of a thing I'll tell ya....

Referring to **** files in general: 10-15k revenue, bad balances, negative days, trucking/construction, etc. Would generally get declined by any respectable lender, just wondering if there's anyone here that do bottom of the barrel.

I think the old owner of rapid capital funding (theyre select funding now?) is involved there. Its only a matter of time until they're very succesful. They already intro'd big bitty for larger deals. Lets see what happens. Their UW sucks imo (too picky). But it may just be my experience. I've sent them a handful of deals since 2014.

Because we fund deals with the following features:
- No Credit Checks
- No Background Checks
- Accept Previous Defaults
- Minimum $10K Monthly Revenue
- As Little As 1 Deposit a Month
- any position (depending on certain requirements)
We require that the deal makes at least 8 payments before paying out commission. Some of our high-volume ISOs get paid the next day, but if you are a new ISO, we pay after 8 payments are made.
Since you mentioned you funded only 3 deals with us, this is most likely the reason why you have not received your commissions. It means the merchants have either not made the 8 payments yet or defaulted right away.
Either way, you can always reach out to us for an update on this matter. Once you receive your commission, we kindly ask that you update this post accordingly. You can call or text us at (516) 784-4298 or email us directly at JR@EastShoreEquities.com.

They wait for 5 payments to clear and then will pay the Friday after they confirmed all payments cleared. It does take them a little while, but Ive never had an issue getting paid with them. Their communication is poor, but when it comes to comm just email your rep and they usually get back within the day.
