What's the revenue?
What's the valuation of the business?
Too jumbled to understand.
You want to use inventory to buy the business...I don't understand this at all.
I'd need to see tax returns of buyer and seller for 3 years
P & L and balance sheet of business 2023 and YTD 2024
PFS of buyer
Schedule of liabilities
Fico score of buyer
etc...
