Who can help with a refinance of a 5 unit Commerical Buidling that is under construction.
Client is 65% done with the build and owns it free and clear
Looking to refinance and pull cash out to finish the build
have two triple net tenants with deposits put down once its complete
680 fico multiple member llc

What's the value of the land?
