The real question is... WHAT ARE THEY ASKING FOR?

Sounds like they can go SBA if they have the luxury of time... and if they need something quick, maybe even a monthly payment via someone like Breakout (they go to $1MM) while they process the SBA. But the cost is much different for both (12% a year vs 1.30 factor over 12 months). The benefit would be the interest forgiveness, so that's a big win if you can get the SBA to pay it off early.
