What lender can do $400k business lines of credit, LOC for a commercial construction business with $200k - $300k monthly deposits, and 660 credit scores ?

Hi Knox,

I will have to ask them for use of capital. Currently, I know lenders that most of them only go upto $100k or $ 150k credit limits. And those who go higher credit limits, those lenders want 700 plus ficos also they want to invoice the merchant 15 points while only pay commish of 2- 3 points to the broker/ ISO. I'm looking for alternative funding products. Either a higher credit limits that includes no invoices of 15 points.
