I am looking for a reputable super broker who pays a fair commission split and also pays on renewals. Most A paper funders are not onboarding new ISOs so we are willing to partner with a super broker. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

I am sort of a super broker for hard money loans, development loans, SBA loans, personal loans, factoring, equipment, pretty much anything that falls outside the arena of MCA and I split commissions 50%.

I'll help introduce you to lenders and after the first deal closes, can work to get you set up directly with the lender unless it requires expertise which may initially be out of reach for you.

It would make most sense to do something like this in your own network of people you know. Not being paid renewals I would imagine is huge problem in this setup. Unless its someone you can really trust, will they really hit you up and pay when a funder auto renews your file?
