Headway, Idea (on well qualified), Ondeck does monthly LOC at times.

the current file im working on guy grosses 70k a month with 727 cs 11 months tib manufacturing... a and b files only.

headway is ondecks sister company...in oreder to sign up with ondeck i need to gross 1mil a month in funded deals-not there yet...im a 1 man show. ive already found a company that does loc monthly...

I know plenty that are with Ondeck that do less, however Ondeck is making a push to move away from brokers in general I think and finding reasons to either not onboard people or terminate current ISOs

You can access Headway through Splash Advance, a super broker.
SmartBiz has a LOC product
Midwest Corporate Capital had a business credit card program that had a LOC checkbook product...I did one for a start up.
I got one through Rapid a few months back but don't think they are viable anymore.
ARF Financial has an IO Flex Pay LOC

BTW TIB probably too short.

I can do a hard money loan on property if that viable. Just not primary residence.
Personal loan is possible using personal tax return - TIB wouldn't matter
