Shopping around for a new crm lendsaas doesnt send pdf's and alot of lenders cant download the package from the link due to firewalls. Would anyone suggest MCA Simplified. Most people do say to stay away from web based mca crm's but definitely need an effective tool that isnt going to break the bank or be to clunky to use

Broker suite which is a Sales force based MCA CRM is great. We used Babylon Solutions to get us setup with it and we love it.

How expensive is that tho? Ideally i do not want to spend 10k just on setup fees

I have no idea cost now I have been with them since 2019 or 2020 so I can't speak to current prices. I can tell you whatever it cost it was worth it, handles everything for us
