JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Works with Business Development Manager to generate new prospects via networking and referrals.
• Plans and successfully executes regular meetings with assigned ISO/Business Partners to enhance product awareness and generate creative ideas to increase the frequency and quality of referrals.
• Develop and deliver concise and effective presentations to recruit ISO/Business Partners and qualify prospective merchants.
• Provide field support to new and existing ISO/Business Partners and Merchant Clients.
• Plans and successfully executes regular meetings with assigned Business Partners to enhance product awareness and increase the frequency and quality of referrals and refi’s.
• Ensures accurate, timely, and professional responses to all referrals and other Merchant or ISO/Business Partner inquiries.
• Effectively and accurately communicates pricing of products, services and referral commissions.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans and executes effective strategies to establish ISO and Client Loyalty and increase portfolio.
• Establishes cooperative work relationships; collaborates with Company resources, including Sales and Executive Team regarding account management and ISO performance.
• Observes individual ISO performance; ensures that each ISO understands underwriting standards; offers coaching when required to immediately improve performance and complete transactions quickly and successfully.
• Follows all Company policies, procedures and Federal and State guidelines.
• Follows all asset protection, employment practice and safety procedures and policies; reports all issues within established guidelines.
• Actively seeks opportunities to improve skills and knowledge; identifies and acts on opportunities to improve Company operations beyond normal scope of accountability noted in job description.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed Company established volume and revenue targets.
• Proven ability to generate and recruit new prospects via networking and referrals.
• Excellent communication, professional relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented, organized; excellent time management and decision making skills.
• BS Degree in Finance, Business or other related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to create and navigate spreadsheets.
• Willing to travel frequently for overnight/out of state sales calls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+years in the Financial or Merchant Cash Advance industry directly interacting with ISO’s or commensurate experience
• BS Degree in Finance, Business or other related field preferred.
