Usually i would have some kind of snide inflammatory remark here but I am genuinely curious

The views to answers ratio on this thread implies to me that most people are using UCC leads in some capacity while being embarrassed to admit so

Ive used some as recently as last year, funded a few deals. I do not believe its something that is amazing, but like anything if a good job is done I'm sure deals can be had.
