Traffic can come from various sources, such as word of mouth from past customers and funders you have strong relationships with, review sites, cold calling, SMS, cold DMs on social media, LinkedIn, cold email, paid ads, authoring a book or other media, videos, affiliates, SEO, etc.

All of these sources of traffic should ideally tie your main website, where you can capture visitors with a chatbot.

If you have a website and at least 1 of those sources, having a chatbot to capture prospects who may look at your site afterhours would help a lot...

Otherwise they'll just click away-
