That's Steve years ago pretending to be a funder as a broker. He got banned. Somehow got unbanned.

He didn't make it in mca so now his focus is real estate, and mca deals from brokers that can't place deals.

Abfunders has been in the space longer then you, mca, real estate, etc, from my opinion he helps brokers that send him deals, sell the deals better, gets better approvals for them, and so on.

Point is, Steve, stay in your lane.
