Looking for an MCA Lender (Net 50 rule important)

Reaching out for help on this....I have a client that unfortunately needs an MCA. We have 4 outstanding MCAs that are about to fall off (Outstanding balance is $50k). Long story but is there an MCA lender (NO BS!!!! I will call you out on it) that can buy out the 50k become a 1st and allow my client to net 150k?
He is in the construction industry (Developer), healthy TIB, Banks can support this, has some history (when over extended) slowed/modified payments in the past. Can anyone help?

I hate to be a nit picker, but for legal sakes, while you're saying that you're looking for an "MCA lender" those don't technically exist. You're actually looking an "MCA funder."
