    Please read the basic rules of the forum.....this belongs in the promotions section....

    And last I checked it was against the law to get a loan on a primary residence without being licensed (nmls) in that state. So how are you legalliy claiming you can do that?

    Explain this or are you thinking getting a loan from an investment property to renovate your primary residence? If that is the case, then this is somewhat deceptive.

    I think this needs some clarification.
    Steve in their defense they could have smoked something really good before hopping on here and posting this garbage. Its the only thing that makes sense considering they say it for a primary residence or investment property but now apparently for an investment only. Maybe the person in charge of underwriting is bi-polar who knows.
