    In front of the SBA will affect the DTI and could kill the deal. How's the margin? Being exotic might be good. Elon just hooked up with a fund that could probably do better than a SBA. Reach out to each of us. I have a LOC product too that might work.

    An SBA might just cause more problems, unless he's flipping the cars quickly. Monthly payments are nice, but if he's on margin and he's going to max it out every month and he has to pay P&I payments and he will just never pay it down early...... If his credit is excellent, then take Hedley's advice. I/O payments.
