Looking for HELOC backed 25% LTV owner occupied home - No origination fee
I'm looking for a lender... to do a 3-year $1.5MM HELOC in FL, backed by a family trust and a 25% LTV owner-occupied home - No origination fee. I want to deal with humans rather than algorithms.

Try rubbing the magic lamp.
I know a guy nmls licensed in Florida who can do a loan with fee paid by the lender off the HUD. I'll ask him.Last edited by Olderguy; 04-04-2024 at 12:20 AM.
