I don't think he meant double-funded, Steve. Double closing is a totally different thing.

You are right and I stand corrected....I just assumed as this was mainly a MCA forum. Double close in real estate means seller sells to investor (and closes) and then investor sells to buyer (and closes) sometimes concurrently or close together.
