    Builder looking for 100-150k has collateral.

    Have a builder with volatile banks so cant get approved for an MCA. Has four paid in full pieces of real estate worth around 800k i have the deeds. Wiling to use as collateral for a short term loan to finish a development that has stalled. Message me if you think you can get this done.
