Any Lenders that Fund Puerto Rico?
Construction client - in business since 2018 average revs approx. $85k monthly has 1 position open presently - $30k original loan and has a remaining balance of around $24k and needs another $30k or max offer to start another job coming up.
A consolidation would be another option or 2nd position over option.
