ARF- they are meh
several a-tier lenders have options out to 3-5 years from their pool

there are a few others but do the work and find out yourself

SBA and several Banks that offer terms loans - to qualified merchants

there are a few others but do the work and find out yourself

Winglake (distressed merchant funding) is very expensive, and is pretty much full docs and takes a month which doesn't work for distressed merchants. (and requires money up front)

SmartBiz uses Funding Circle and Tab Bank and can do up to $500,000, 5 years

ARF - max 3 years.
