This is Ryan McCurry from ACHWorks. I don't often post here and am just an infrequent lurker.

Shout out to Trey at Centrex for bringing this thread to my attention. We've had some phone system issues after the merger with VCI but the email for info@achworks.com and support@achworks.com are working no problem. Also, our old email addresses like BenS@ACHWorks.com, DaveK@ACHWorks.com or mine RyanM@ACHWorks.com still work and forward to our new addresses.

I'm sorry to report that my long-time co-worker and friend Greg Bahry passed away last year, his email should be forwarding to our support team. We have also had a number of retirements from our original team. Please email us to our main email address support@achworks.com or info@achworks.com.

We are getting calls and voice mails. Unfortunately, because we are on two phone systems, if you leave us a message and don't give your account ID or call back number, we can't call you back. The switch from one phone system to the other loses the caller ID so we can't just hit a button to call back. I myself have received several voice mail messages that say something like "Hey Ryan, this is Mike, call me back" no account number, not phone number, so I have no idea which "Mike" to call back. Our main phone number is still 916-638-8811 and support can be reached at option 2.
