FBI raided home of Albany loan broker Roglieri a second time.

It was revealed that the FBI raided Kris Roglieri’s house in New York for a second time. On March 5, agents appeared again, taking seven more sports cars. Those cars include a Lamborghini, a Porsche, two Ferraris, and three Mercedes Benz.

The FBI obtained warrants to continue taking cars from his home in late February. The seven cars recently taken are added to more than a dozen cars that the FBI already seized along with other luxury items.

The Roglieri/Prime Capital investigation is ongoing and federal agencies have declined to comment.

On February 13, Kris Roglieri was arrested in Warren County New York. He was charged with third degree criminal possession of an assault weapon and third degree criminal possession of an ammunition feeding device.

Third degree criminal weapon possession is a Class D felony. Both charges carry a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.

He should be OK. He can easily walk out of jail the same day and go commit another crime thanks to the lovely liberal idea of 'no cash bail' in NY. If you can assault a cop in broad daylight with video evidence and walk out less than 24 hours later, you can easily possess an assault weapon. Slap on the hand and maybe go into hiding or another country.
