If a merchant can support "X" number of positions, I don't see why that would be unethical. We would never give money to a merchant if it would ruin his business.

MCA $$$ are a high cost of capital - a necessary product (evil) for many business owners - BUT - that being said it should be a cautious step.

I would challenge you that not one merchant could or should support 12 positions.
