I have a file I got in. He's a great guy does around half a million a month in revenue, but is a used car dealer. He only does high end Mercedes/BMW style cars, and sells on average about 12 cars a week. He has about 70 cars on the lot, and usually keeps around that amount at all times. He is looking to build a relationship with a lending firm so that he can have additional capital at his disposal in the future. Great balances, high rev, I just need 80k as close to 10mos as possible. Definitely will be looking for a long term relationship with a solid lender.
