Company had $660K debt on roughly $3M in gross revenue - Company needs help and costly MCA funds are not the solution, IMO

Can they go back to SBA Bank ? Why would they not use $40K of the 90K LOC?

1% per week cost of capital

Example, If they payoff week 10, cost will be 10%

One of the most aggresive early payoffs in MCA

Noticed some funders give factor rates on early discounts while others give a discount percentage.

Lets say an approval is 1.40 (10 points built in)
and prepay discounts 30 days 1.20

Does that mean 1.20 would pay 10 points?
If the same deal is sold at 1.38, should 30 day factor be downsold 1.18?

Each Funder is different but we do a set early payment Buy Rate, so if:

    30 days 1.10 @ 10 points- 1.20 sell
    60 days 1.13 @ 10 points- 1.23 sell

    and so on

If you are looking for 100% of the remaining interest to be forgiven, go with Select funding

They don't have to work for Select to tell you that they have a program that forgives the "interest" (i.e. factor) if they pay it off early. Pays max 6 points. They use calculate using the similar function as if it were simple interest. Mulligan does the same thing, but they work on an amortization calculation. I'm not sure either Mulligan or Select would come behind those two non-MCA positions, they might require first position UCC for those programs, but you can check.

They cap the front-end commission at 6 points, but pay the remaining sell rate once PIF or when they renew

    Thanks for recommending us Jon!

We have a no penalty prepay at Select. We would not be in a position on this file since there is multiple alt lenders in the banks.

If anyone wants to discuss our program and figure out if we can be a good fit on some files.
