We've been waiting to be re-activated as a broker for months. Had to take a break due to health reasons.

Our rep advised us we need to have liability insurance, so we did that. (No other lender has ever asked that of us; we've never had any legal trouble with any merchant.) That was about three months ago.

I emailed to check in. The rep called back, but when Reception answered he did not want to be transferred or leave his information. Absolutely no email response. It feels like back and forth games.

Does anyone else deal with Ryan Schlegel over there or is this their standard treatment of ISO's?
