    Commercial Equity Line of Credit

    Which lenders are currently offering a CELOC? I have several clients that would have an interest in a CELOC.

    If you cant find a celoc my mca renewals on first positions work kind of like a line of credit. upon renewal we just extend the term out longer and keep the payment the same. Once they finish the old balance they start paying on the new one. If you ever have any buisiness owners that would be interested in that feel free to reach out to me.

    If property in California and LTV is right we have a few investors that will do commercial equity lines of credit

    That is a business line of credit, not a commercial equity line of credit.
