Does anyone do loans for a US design company owned by a non-permanent resident? The owner is looking for a $500K loan on terms roughly akin to an SBA express loan. Of course, SBA won't do a loan for a company owned by a non-US person. (The company has filed US tax returns for 2022 and 2023.)

We could consider using our credit card sales based MCA if they have strong credit card processing volume. We do fund non US citizens with ITIN # as long as they own physical property (land, condo, single family, commercial) in the US.
