    please review and lmk

    We are buying a clean fuel company and need a convert loan of a few hundred thousand
    and then equipment financing of up to $3 billion. Can you handle?..

    I have institutional lender that does NOT care about EBIDA and focuses solely on "HARD ASSETS/NET TANGIBLE ASSETS". This sounds like a file that may be in their wheelhouse. As Steve aka Olderguy said it is something we can do.
