Fiber Optic Biz Buying 100k Utility Truck - THIN CREDIT
*CBR: 717/736/716. All revolving. No install/comps. 4/3/3 accts. oldest trade 12/22.
*SOS: Est 1/16/24
*Industry experience back to 2022, verified with 2022 Schedule C
*App: telecoms, non-homeowner
*2020 Ram 3500 with crane attachment, 50k miles, $100k
Customers banks have $50k ending balances the last 3 months averaging $9-10k deposits. He has been declined several times now for thin credit with my conventional lenders. He is willing to come in with $20k, $30k absolute max and is probably open to a shorter term.

I got a trucker $69,000 with $12K average monthly deposits - basically a start up. He had good Fico 700+ and got him merchant credit card LOC with Midwest Corporate Credit.
