Low FICO Loan Wanted
Borrower wants to do a fix & flip in Chicago.
FICO is 570.
Anybody have a lender that can do this?

Yes...reach out...
Typically you do 60% - 75% LTV on purchase
Then 100 LTC ( Loan to Cost) on the rehab.
With that low score will have to figure out the program
If is in a low cost area....purchase price less than $100K then no...loan amount too small to fool with.
