    Construction loan for Trailer Park

    I have a client looking for a construction loan for an rv/mobile home park in Florida. If anyone can help please meassage me.

    I'm based in Florida - A big difference between a RV Park & Mobile Home -

    Is zoning approved, infrastructure in place , new or rebuild, flood zone?, amount of loan, and many additional questions.

    I was approached about a similar project recently (may be the same) and the issue was they only wanted to put in pads for mobile homes. Basically, if the borrower defaults, all the lender has is land, no structure. Not liquid. Lender can't liquidate raw land with cement pads.
