The client pays a broker fee to the lender, lender pays me and I pay the broker half of it...

Am I having a battle of wits with an armed or unarmed man?

Ad hominin attacks again. I should have expected that. The good news is I have enough self-esteem to ignore that.

Okay, let's use 3rd-party definitions. I know that's playing fair, and you don't like absolute truths, but let's try.

Here's what Daily Funder puts as their description of the "Promotions" section:
"The spot where you can talk about yourself and your company all you want. Self promote!"

Meanwhile, you posted this in "All Other Lending" which has the following description:
ABL, Factoring, P2P Lending, Real Estate, etc. (Discussion only)

This post was are promoting yourself, and offering to split commission (either you get paid half, or you pay the brokers half, it's semantics) and not a discussion piece. So now - you tell me where does it belong?

Why do care how Steve is conducting his business? No one is forcing a novice broker to agree to Steve's Terms.

Because this belongs in promotions. Steve defended his position as he claims he's not charging a fee. The reality is that he does charge a fee and/or spilt commissions. That being said, he is getting paid for the service and promoting the service.....This belongs in promotions. Steve complains when others do this and turns around and does it himself.

DF offers two Sub-Forums - Promotions & "Everything Else" - which is defined as off-topic discussions, etc.
I suspect if SM had an issue he would have moved the post.
